This is my Cousin. His Father Brice Tilghman Sr. and my Grandmother Hazel Dorothy Tilghman-Festus were siblings. We are in Pennsylvania where the Family resided but the Tilghman's were born in Pokomoke Maryland on the Easter Shore of Maryland. The Tilghman's can trace their roots all the way back to Matthew Tilgman and the Tilghman Island Plantation.
